Adacel Appoints Saunders as New VP, BD

Adacel Technologies announced the appointment of Michael Saunders as the company’s new vice President, Business Development and Strategy. In his new role, starting last month, Saunders will lead the company’s business development strategies and drive Adacel’s sales growth and profitability.

Saunders’s previous experience includes several senior executive positions for the Quadrant Group, including as group business development director and sales & marketing director for both Micro Nav and Global Aviation Training Services. Prior to the Quadrant Group, he held numerous leadership roles at Cobham Aviation Services in both the Air Traffic Systems and Flight Calibration businesses.

During his career, Saunders has led and delivered long-term strategic and short-term tactical campaigns to secure new contracts in Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America,and Africa with both commercial and government organizations all within the air traffic market. Saunders is an alumnus of the University of Gloucestershire, from which he graduated with honors and a Marketing Management with Accounting and Financial Management degree.
